Who is responsible
This website and the email address shown on it belong to ELIN LOVISA ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (GEMI 190147203000), registered office Digeni Griva 2, 17342 Athens, Greece. The company is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us about privacy at hello@elinsolutions.com.
What we collect
The website has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising and no social-media trackers. It does not set cookies of its own.
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare and deliver our services.
Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP addresses and browser type when a page is requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie for the same reason.
Legal basis
We process email correspondence to take steps you ask for before a contract and to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where the law requires us to keep business records, we do so under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare, Inc. to host the website and to forward email sent to our domain, and Google (Gmail) as the mailbox where that email is read. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Email enquiries that don’t lead to work together are deleted within two years. Correspondence and records connected to client work are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@elinsolutions.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
